Plot Summary:

Masud Rana, codenamed MR-9, is a highly skilled and veteran spy with a complex past. He is recruited to join an elite group of international espionage agents assembled by CIA operatives Duke (Michael Jai White) and Taylor (Niko Foster) for a joint operation. Their mission is to dismantle a criminal organization led by the ruthless businessman Roman Ross (Frank Grillo) and his brother Ricci Ross (Matt Passmore).

The investigation reveals a nefarious connection between the terrorist group TLF and RNR Robotics, the Ross brothers' high-tech company. The organization plans to execute a catastrophic attack targeting both the USA and Bangladesh, aiming to cause widespread destruction.

With the assistance of his glamorous sidekick Devi (Sakshi Pradhan), MR-9 infiltrates Ross's operation. They uncover a plot to blow up the Hoover Dam, among other dams worldwide, which would result in massive casualties and infrastructural damage.

As the clock ticks down, MR-9 and his team must navigate a web of deceit, high-stakes confrontations, and intense action sequences to thwart the impending disaster. The film showcases a blend of Eastern and Western action cinema elements, introducing a Bangladeshi spy to the global stage.
